Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of purchase for store credit or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Final Sale Items

  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Includes flash sales, $10 Rack items, promotional discounts, and Mahjong items.

Mahjong Items

  • All Mahjong items are final sale.

Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get an email notification.

  • Approved returns will be issued store credit.

Exchanges

Shipping Returns & Exchanges
