Promotional Giveaway Policy

RIVER BLEU PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY POLICY

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

1. Sponsor. Promotional giveaways are sponsored by River Bleu Boutique (“River Bleu”), Northlake, Texas. Individual promotions may include additional terms, prize information, entry periods, and drawing dates announced on the applicable event page, flyer, social-media post, or other promotional material.

2. No Purchase Necessary. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A RIVER BLEU PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Purchasing merchandise, purchasing admission to a Mahjong event, purchasing food or beverages, or otherwise making a payment to River Bleu is not required to enter a promotional giveaway.

3. Event Admission Is Separate. Admission fees charged for River Bleu Mahjong nights or other events are solely for the goods and services described for that event, such as Mahjong play, instruction, food, beverages, or entertainment. Event admission does not include a giveaway entry and does not provide an entrant with additional or improved chances of winning.

4. How to Enter. Unless otherwise stated for a particular promotion, one free entry per person will be accepted at River Bleu at the time and location stated for the applicable giveaway. Individuals may submit a giveaway entry without purchasing event admission, merchandise, food, beverages, or any other River Bleu product or service. When a giveaway occurs during a paid event, a person who has not purchased event admission will still be permitted access to the designated giveaway-entry area for the purpose of submitting a free entry.

All entrants, whether or not they have made a purchase or are attending a paid event, will use the same entry method and will have the same opportunity to win.

5. Eligibility. Unless different eligibility requirements are expressly stated for a particular promotion, River Bleu promotional giveaways are open to legal residents of Texas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of River Bleu and members of their immediate households are not eligible to win.

6. Entry Limit. Unless otherwise specifically announced, there is a limit of one entry per person per giveaway. A purchase does not create an entry, and additional purchases do not create additional entries.

7. Prizes. The prize or prizes available for each giveaway, including the approximate retail value when applicable, will be identified in the promotional materials for that giveaway. No cash substitution will be provided unless River Bleu expressly states otherwise. River Bleu will award the prize represented for the applicable promotion and will not require a winner to make a purchase or payment in order to receive the prize.

8. Winner Selection. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the stated entry period. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Purchasing merchandise or event admission will not affect the selection process or increase the odds of winning.

9. Presence Not Required. Unless permitted by applicable law and specifically stated otherwise, winners do not need to be present at the drawing to win. River Bleu will attempt to contact the selected winner using the contact information provided with the entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within the time specified for the applicable giveaway, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, River Bleu may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Individual Giveaway Information. Each giveaway announcement will identify, as applicable, the entry period, location or method for submitting a free entry, prize or prizes, approximate retail value, and the date or method by which the winner will be selected. Those specific terms are incorporated into this Promotional Giveaway Policy.

11. General Conditions. River Bleu reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, duplicated in violation of an entry limit, or otherwise fail to comply with the announced rules. River Bleu may modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the promotion from being conducted as represented, subject to applicable law.

12. No Raffle or Paid Chance to Win. River Bleu does not sell raffle tickets or chances to win through its promotional giveaways. Giveaway entries are provided without charge and are separate from River Bleu’s retail sales and paid events.

13. Governing Law. River Bleu promotional giveaways are intended to comply with applicable Texas and federal law and are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
