Store Policy

Returns: We understand that things don't always work! Our return policy is simple return your items for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchasing before it is considered for the return. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn (makeup free, smoke free, no stains and deodorant free) unwashed and origianl tags still attached. Original receipt must be included.

Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.

Sale items: ALL Sale items are final sale and cannot be store credit or exchanged.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or different item we are happy to help and change them out send us an email at riverbleuboutique@gmail.com and send your item to: 5217 98TH ST #700 Lubbock, TX 79424

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
